This elite 6 week Body Transformation programme is for anyone who truly wants to commit to a more active lifestyle. It will include physical training in groups within our hydraulic strength training circuit, nutritional support, results tracking and most importantly, accountability. We plan an intense progressive fitness programme, with regular reviews, to achieve fitness goals for every level and ability. You will be required to attend 3 Group Training sessions per week. We will of course be with you every step of the way giving support and motivation, to achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Group Training HIIT: This HIIT class is designed to step up the intensity of your workouts, arranged as short bursts of very hard work, to kick up the intensity of your cardio, a fast way to burn fat while building lean muscle. Focusing on body strength, stamina and endurance . Weights are optional.
Group Power Zone: High intensity full body workout with the emphasis on increasing strength, stamina, agility and endurance. Timed exercises and rest intervals to push your fitness levels to the max.
Body Conditioning: A full body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape and tone your muscles. With a range of exercise techniques that include weights, resistance training, and floor work, you are guaranteed a challenging and varied class.
Fit for 50: Perfect for active older ladies. Easy to follow low impact moves, focusing on co-ordination, balance, range of motion and plenty of fun!
Pilates: Pilates is a method of exercise consisting of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements, emphasising proper postural alignment, core strength and balance. Pilates is named after its creator, Joseph Pilates who developed the exercises in the 1920s. This traditional mat based Pilates is run by our highly trained and experienced instructor Emily.
Yoga: Time to roll out that Yoga mat and join Cyndi and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the world. Yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Cyndi is a highly trained and experienced instructor, who will keep you wishing it was Sunday everyday!
We offer the following Group Training Circuits using our hydraulic strength machines along with exercises to target multiple muscle groups (large and small) to give a full body strength and cardio work out.
The Power Circuit
Designed to challenge your fitness with 45 minutes of intense training, you will need focus, determination, and passion to push yourself past your comfort zone.
Total Body Tone Circuit
Suitable for a beginner or advanced, the only difference is the intensity at which you will work. A 45 minute session will give a full body work out, improving muscle tone, strength, flexibility and balance.
Lifetime Fitness Circuit
A low impact full body work out keeping you fit, active, strong and supple.
Here at the Studio we encourage the use of the Myzone MZ-3 Activity Belt for members to use inside and outside the facility. Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone moniors heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPS), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. Myzone is the perfect fitness tracking software, and has an accuracy at 99.4%. Members can view their effort in real time on their smartphone or in club TV providing an entertaining and motivating platform for studio members.
