Our 6 week Body Transformation Programme includes physical training, nutritional support and most importantly, accountability, to ensure the best results for our members. We are a Ladies only gym specialising in circuit Group Training using hydraulic resistance exercise machines within our strength training programme. These machines combine strength training and cardio, whilst working all your major muscle groups providing you with a full body workout.
Due to the Covid 19 situation, our Studio is operating on an online booking system for our varied selection of circuits and classes, to keep our members safe and within accordance with government guidelines.
We offer a range of stand alone group fitness classes providing for all ages and abilities. Class timetable may change from time to time due to demand or popularity. Prior notice will be given. Here are the classes we provide currently:
